The CDC section of the checkout pages has been updated to initially display only the "Fulfillment Option" dropdown when the page loads.
The "Fulfillment Option" subsection has also been updated to show or hide the "Pick-Up Location" and "Shipping Address" subsections based on the selected option:
- If the user selects "EMS Pick-Up", only the Pick-Up Location subsection will appear, allowing them to choose a location from the list.
- If the user selects "Ship to Address", only the Shipping Address subsection will appear, allowing them to manually enter a shipping address.
- If the user selects "Ship to Address and EMS Pick-Up", both the Pick-Up Location and Shipping Address subsections will appear, allowing them to either select a location or manually enter a shipping address for the order.

The third option, "Ship to Address and EMS Pick-Up", has been removed from the "Fulfillment Option" dropdown.
The custom code that controls the visibility of the "Shipping Address" and "EMS Pick-Up" sections has been updated to reflect the new label for the first option, which is now "EMS Location".
The custom code that previously checked for the third option has been removed, since that option no longer exists.
